Privacy notice (pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)

It is hereby communicated that the personal data submitted to "SI.MA.TEC S.R.L." shall be stored and processed with the security and privacy guarantees established by Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and shall be used exclusively to perform the task entrusted to it, as well as for the obligations established by the laws in force.

The data may be processed, exclusively by the parties invested with this right pursuant to art. 30 of Leg. Decree 106/03, in paper, electronic and digital form. In any case, submitted data shall not be passed onto third parties in any way or form unless the interested party has previously given their express consent.

The submission of data is voluntary although these data are necessary for the correct performance of the professional assignment. In the absence of these data it is therefore impossible to carry out some of the activities on behalf of the customer.

The interested party may exercise their rights pursuant to art. 7 of Leg. Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, including those of requesting the amendment, integration, updating, confirmation or cancellation of the stored data.
